** Responsibilities:
*** Develop recommendations to adjust credit policies by analyzing credit and financial performance utilizing statistical scoring, segmentation, regression and simulation techniques
* Implement initiatives to ensure consistency and compliance with credit policies
* Prepare risk management presentations for senior management that include analytics on portfolio performance, emerging trends and areas of opportunity
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

* Qualifications:

*** 5-8 years relevant experience in Multifamily Housing underwriting, Affordable Housing underwriting, Risk Credit Analysis or Corporate Underwriting.
* Previous experience in credit risk management or equivalent training and experience preferably in the financial services industry
* Ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business goals
* Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
* Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects and possess effective interpersonal, organizational and analytic skills

* Education:

*** Bachelor’'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics, or equivalent experience.
