National Accounts Strategic Underwriter

This role requires associates to work in‑office 1–2 days per week, providing a balance of collaboration and flexibility. Alternate locations may be considered only if candidates reside within commuting distance from an office. Candidates who do not meet the commuting requirement will not be considered unless a legally required accommodation is granted.

Pay range: $105,504 – $180,864 per year

• Create competitive, financially sound proposals for business growth and renewals.
• Collaborate on RFPs.
• Lead contract customization and negotiations, ensuring accurate financial outcomes and risk mitigation.
• Assist in the technical development of underwriting associates, monitoring reports and workflow to recommend productivity and efficiency improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in large group insurance underwriting, actuarial analysis, or strategic finance.

• ASA/FSA, CFA, or CEBS credentials preferred.
