Our bank client seeks a Managing Director – Credit Risk Review role in Tampa, FL.

This position offers a salary up to $190K and a full benefits package. (This is not a remote position)

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting timely and independent assessments of the bank’s credit exposures and risks, with results provided to senior management and the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors. As a Senior CRR Advisor, you will join a skilled team providing independent assessments of commercial credit exposures.
• Potentially serving as Reviewer in Charge, managing review teams, performing credit portfolio analysis, and summarizing review findings. Your expertise in commercial lending and credit risk practices will support effective risk management.
• Requiring robust credit knowledge with 10-15+ years of experience in Credit Risk or Credit Underwriting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including handling difficult conversations, are essential.
• Analyzing file review activities, executing assessments on complex credit transactions, understanding risk levels, and serving as an expert resource.
• Correlating industry, economic, and regulatory trends to inform credit reviews, analyzing complex credit structures, and validating risk ratings and scorecards.
• Providing analytical insights, assessing risk portfolios, identifying systemic issues, and monitoring assigned portfolios.
• Preparing documentation, conducting meetings with business representatives, and communicating review plans and objectives effectively.
