Wealth Relationship Manager

Our client is seeking a Wealth Relationship Manager to join its growing wealth management team. This role is designed for an experienced financial planning professional who is ready to take on greater client-facing responsibility while continuing to work closely with senior advisors.

The ideal candidate has strong technical financial planning skills, communicates confidently with clients, and is looking to grow toward an independent advisory role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial plans and strategies for HNW clients
• Answer financial planning questions and prepare cases for senior advisors
• Analyze portfolios and communicate investment recommendations to clients
• Support and manage client relationships alongside senior advisors
• Participate in client meetings and assist with issue resolution
• Handle rollovers, account transitions, insurance documentation, and equity award processing
• Support client onboarding and new business development
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
• Assist with prospecting, marketing, and CRM activity
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to professional development

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of financial services experience
• Series 65 required
• CFP required OR in process
• Strong financial planning and analytical skills
• Excellent client communication and relationship-management abilities
