Senior Management Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Implement a flexible and data‑driven approach to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business intelligence that enables the organization to make informed decisions, and create long‑term value for the business.

  • Build a forecasting model that defines revenue assumptions and variability parameters for a 5-year period.
  • Introduce certainty and risks to financial forecasts.
  • Integrate financial insights into the executive’s strategic thought process.
  • Set financial methodologies to maintain consistency across the organization.
  • Pinpoint performance drivers across sub‑groups and adjust rankings.
  • Use modern data visualization to communicate financial insights.

• Define and maintain the organization’s risk‑management culture and controls; build a calendar of activity, based on a risk‑management operating model that ensures that identified risks are accurately reviewed, tracked, managed and documented.

  • Define a process for business risk identification and mitigation.

  • Develop a smart and measurable framework for financial data management; the framework is used to drive the definition and use of key metrics over the long term.
  • Support monthly management accounting, dashboards and balancing.
  • Own accounting practice quality control and audit and compliance programmes.
  • Fast‑Track identifying gaps, risks in transactions and implementing corrective measures.
  • Develop responsible practice guidelines, setting up budgets, monitoring, & forecasting.
  • Collate, analyse and compile financial data for modelling and evaluation, identity or agency and service groups.
  • Gross revenue and other premium incomes for the legal adviser.
  • Track capital for the employer and management team and share service royalties to any department oversight function.
