We are seeking a senior finance leader with significant Corporate Controller experience who has directly owned financial close, reporting, controls and audit, coupled with broader finance capability. Candidates whose experience has been primarily FP&A without significant controllership responsibility are unlikely to be a fit.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a hands-on leadership role in a complex, growing organization. The successful candidate will combine strong accounting leadership with the ability to support broader financial and business priorities.

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring:

• Deep Finance/Corporate Controller experience across close, consolidated financial reporting, GAAP, controls and audit.
• A proven track record of bringing structure and discipline to complex, growing finance organizations — standardizing processes, strengthening controls and creating reliable workflows across multiple accounting and operating systems.
• Broader finance capability including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and business decision support.
• Experience working in a complex, multi-site environment. M&A experience highly desired.
• The ability to operate strategically while remaining comfortable working in the details.
• CPA strongly preferred; MBA or other relevant advanced degree a plus.
