FP&A​/ERM Analyst

Description Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a FP&A/ERM Analyst.

Financial Planning & Analysis:
* Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
* Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for management
* Develop financial models, business cases, trend analyses, and scenario planning tools
* Analyze revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and risks
* Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
* Assist in the preparation of executive leadership and board reporting materials

Enterprise

Risk Management:

* Support the administration and maintenance of the organization's Enterprise Risk Management framework
* Coordinate periodic enterprise risk assessments with departmental and executive stakeholders
* Maintain organizational risk registers, mitigation plans, and risk reporting dashboards
* Track key risks and monitor progress against mitigation strategies
* Prepare risk reports and presentations for executive leadership and governance committees
* Assist in identifying emerging strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and technology risks
* Support integration of risk management considerations into planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes
* Promote risk awareness and risk management best practices throughout the organization Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field
* Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

* MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation
* Exposure to enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance, or governance processes
