Operational Planning Analyst; Naval Integration

Support the U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands under a five-year contract. The role involves planning, policy advising, and operational assessments related to naval and Marine Corps integration efforts in the CENTCOM AOR.

• Current US Passport with ability to travel overseas.
• Ability to meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements (OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD 8523.01, Air Force Manual 17-1301).
• Successful completion of an in-scope, favorable ST5 investigation for SCI eligibility, adjudicated by the DoD CAF, with maintained security clearance throughout the contract.
• TS/SCI Security Clearance.

• Ten years of military experience.
• Understanding of force management processes for USMC and USN forces and naval integration command relationships.
• Expert knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP) and its application in joint operations.
• Leadership experience in operational planning teams and knowledge of the Joint Staff Global Force Management Process.

• Support planning for naval integration in the CENTCOM AOR, including major OPLANs and contingency plans.
• Participate in planning events and coordinate with HQMC, MARFORCOM, and other commands.
• Track and evaluate ongoing naval integration efforts and develop assessments and briefs for senior leadership.
• Serve as a liaison between MARCENT and NAVCENT, and contribute to doctrine review and development.

• Travel required to various countries in the CENTCOM AOR, often with less than 24 hours' notice.
