The Naval Integration Planning Analyst provides planning expertise to support naval integration tasks across MARCENT operations, ensuring alignment of Marine Corps operations with U.S. Navy partners. This role drafts naval integration appendices and supporting documents, coordinates with Navy counterparts, analyzes naval requirements impacting Marine Corps operations, and provides recommendations for maritime components of operations. With 5–10 years of experience in USMC and USN integration planning and execution, particularly within the CENTCOM AOR, the analyst brings expertise in maritime raids, Non-combatant Evacuation Operations (NEO), and Foreign Humanitarian Assistance (FHA)/Disaster Relief (DR) operations.

The analyst also tracks and analyzes ongoing and emerging naval integration efforts across combatant commands, applying best practices to CENTCOM operations. By integrating naval requirements into operational planning, the Naval Integration Planning Analyst strengthens joint interoperability and enhances MARCENT’s ability to execute maritime operations. This employment is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
  • Draft Naval integration appendices and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with U.S. Navy counterparts to ensure integration objectives are met.
  • Analyze naval requirements that impact Marine Corps operations.
  • Provide planning recommendations for maritime components of operations.
  • Support planning and execution of naval integration efforts including maritime raids, NEO, and FHA/DR operations.
  • Track and analyze ongoing and emerging naval integration efforts across combatant commands.
  • Apply best practices in naval integration to CENTCOM operations.
Supplemental Duties
  • Assist in developing SOPs for naval integration planning.
  • Contribute to lessons learned documentation for naval integration operations.
  • Support training and mentorship of MARCENT personnel on naval integration planning processes.
Administrative Duties
  • Maintain compliance with MARCENT administrative procedures and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure naval integration planning documentation is archived according to records management standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Education/Experience/Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5–10 years of operational planning experience, with a focus on naval and Marine Corps integration.
  • Experience planning and executing USMC and USN integration efforts in the CENTCOM AOR.
  • Expertise in maritime raids, NEO, and FHA/DR operations.
  • Experience tracking and analyzing naval integration efforts across combatant commands.
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
Additional Skills
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing naval integration requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with Navy counterparts and joint partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and planning tools.
  • Ability to apply lessons learned and best practices from naval integration efforts to MARCENT operations.
Location

Primary workplace is MARCENT Headquarters, Mac Dill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida.

Work Environment

Office environment within a joint military/civilian/contractor staff. Includes coordination with U.S. Navy and joint staff for integration planning.

Physical Demands

Primarily sedentary office work with extensive computer use. May involve travel to participate in naval integration planning events and exercises.

Work Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday–Friday, 0800–1600. May require flexibility during planning conferences or exercise events.

License and Other Requirements
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
  • Eligibility for issuance of a Common Access Card (CAC).

TS/SCI clearance required.

Travel

May include CONUS and OCONUS travel to support naval integration planning, conferences, and exercises.
