Advantage SCI is seeking a Junior Military Forces Analyst to support the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) requirements in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS. In this exciting role, you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production with a focus on analytical requirements focused on counter terrorism, counter insurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio-cultural, and/or assisting with collection methodology.

Anticipated Start:

• Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military forces, including foreign military organizations, command structure, strategy and doctrine, capabilities, equipment, operations and exercise, facilities, sustainment, leadership, and force disposition/order of battle.
• Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military, insurgents, terrorists, and militant organizations.
• Conduct and analyze database Order of Battle/Force Disposition.
• Perform basic target development for all military, insurgent, and terrorist functional production areas.
• Provide support to targeting by reviewing, evaluating, coordinating, and editing database records.
• Develop training materials and conduct OJT for personnel.
• Submit collection requests and source directed requirements.
• Update database records in accordance with DoD and USCENTCOM policies/procedures.
• Respond to RFIs, prepare and present briefings as required.
• Perform analysis to accomplish battle damage assessment (BDA), produce BDA products, and assist with combat assessments.
• Adhere to strict security protocols to safeguard classified information and ensure information security.
• Provide flexible support hours outside the standard duty hours of , including weekend support, TDYs, deployments for targeting operations and support to 24/7 targeting operations.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of all-source analysis experience, with a portion of experience within the last 2 years.
• Experience with ODNI’s analytic tradecraft guidance and writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICD’s), specifically ICDs 203, 205, 206, and 208.
• All-source intelligence analysis experience focused on the USCENTCOM area of operations.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (polygraph must be within scope – no exceptions).
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree related to Military Forces Analysis and 4 years of Military Forces Analysis experience.
• 7 years of military forces analysis experience will be considered.
