The Revenue Specialist II - Child Support Case Processing Analyst works on the Interstate Actions Team within the Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program, providing customer support for child support cases. The role involves initiating and responding to requests, coordinating with internal and external partners, researching and resolving case issues, and making decisions based on case information. This is a full-time position based in Tampa with potential for part-time telework after training.
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II
- Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Customer service and communication abilities
- Experience coordinating with internal and external partners
- Ability to analyze case data and gather information
