Our focus is on building relationships, creating tailored long‑term treatment plans, and delivering a world‑class client experience. FGG Spa, LLC is a growth‑focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa with more than 60 locations across eight states. Our Esthetics program emphasizes high‑quality, results‑driven treatments and the latest advancements in skincare. We empower our Estheticians with continuous training, client education, and repeat‑visit strategies to ensure each facial is the best hour of a client’s month.

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world‑class client experience by performing top‑level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including home‑care regimens, tailored to each client’s skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars
