• Ability and desire to work with kids – Our best earning stylists LOVE what they do
• Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow‑drying, and styling
• Listen and communicate clearly with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction
• Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences
• Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs
• Keep on top of current hair cutting and styling trends
• Ensure all treatments meet high quality standards
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced atmosphere
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations and maintain cleanliness of salon
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner
  
  Work as a team to provide an exceptional client experience each and every time

• Current FL Cosmetology/Barber license
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Up‑to‑date with industry trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours
• True team player with a growth mindset
• Ability to work weekends

Compensation: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
