Scope Of Work

• Direct supervision, daily operations, respond to inquiries, and serve as the point of contact to resolve conflicts and communicate program procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of patient data.
• Plan and conduct staff development activities as required to include coaching in documentation changes, licensing requirements, staff expectations, etc.
• Provide staff orientation, performance evaluations, role modeling, scheduling and training.
• Monitor employee morale and recommend ways to improve retention and job satisfaction.
• Make, maintain and enhance relationships with major referral sources.
• Monitor and ensure program compliance with regulatory standards including, but not limited to: courts, Children's Board, 65-D30, and CARF.
• Provide assistance and guidance, to include providing individual case management services and groups, as needed.
• Assist in budget assessment and preparation, projections, earnings, and expenditures and make recommendations for increasing service units as needed.
• Submit required reports and program information as necessary
• Oversee other programs as needed.

• Master's degree (required).
• CAP, CAPP or CCJAP (required).
• LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (preferred)
• One to two years of related experience (required).
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen prior to start date.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret journals, reports, and documents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to write and conform to prescribed style and format.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Knowledge of 12-step program, harm reduction, behavior modification, case management, addiction and COD.
• Willing to work with all ages from children through adulthood.
