Scope Of Work
The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position.
- Direct supervision, daily operations, respond to inquiries, and serve as the point of contact to resolve conflicts and communicate program procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of patient data.
- Plan and conduct staff development activities as required to include coaching in documentation changes, licensing requirements, staff expectations, etc.
- Provide staff orientation, performance evaluations, role modeling, scheduling and training.
- Monitor employee morale and recommend ways to improve retention and job satisfaction.
- Make, maintain and enhance relationships with major referral sources.
- Monitor and ensure program compliance with regulatory standards including, but not limited to: courts, Children's Board, 65-D30, and CARF.
- Provide assistance and guidance, to include providing individual case management services and groups, as needed.
- Assist in budget assessment and preparation, projections, earnings, and expenditures and make recommendations for increasing service units as needed.
- Submit required reports and program information as necessary
- Oversee other programs as needed.
- 1-5 employees.
- Understand applicable standards and ensure/monitor compliance.
- Maintain the highest standards in ethical conduct, confidentiality, and treatment quality.

- Identify patient needs and implement the programs to achieve these needs.

- Master's degree (required).
- CAP, CAPP or CCJAP (required).
- LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (preferred)
- One to two years of related experience (required).
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen prior to start date.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret journals, reports, and documents.
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to write and conform to prescribed style and format.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Knowledge of 12-step program, harm reduction, behavior modification, case management, addiction and COD.
- Willing to work with all ages from children through adulthood.
