ASSOCIATE/FULL PROFESSOR Molecular Medicine / Morsani College of Medicine University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida

The Department of Molecular Medicine at the University of South Florida (USF) seeks candidates for a tenured or tenure-track position who use structural biology-based approaches and cryo-EM to understand the molecular basis of disease that complement the department's existing strengths in infectious, neurological, and oncological diseases. The successful candidate for this position is expected to have already established a nationally recognized, competitively funded research program, and have experience mentoring and educating graduate and medical students.

A highly competitive salary and start-up package commensurate with experience will be provided to the successful candidate to promote continued success.

Preferred qualifications include a Ph.D. in biochemistry or a related field, with research experience evidenced by peer-reviewed publications and successful grant writing. Preference will be given to candidates with interdisciplinary training, a record of collaboration, and direct experience with Cryo-EM techniques.
