Strive Compounding Pharmacy is hiring a full‑time Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician. $1,000 sign‑on bonus.

We opened Strive Pharmacy to offer personalized, safe compounding solutions. Our mission is to disrupt the one‑size‑fits‑all approach to medicine.

• Orientation (30‑90 days+): 9:00 am‑5:30 pm
• After orientation: 1:00 pm‑9:00 pm; occasional weekends as needed

• Follow proprietary formulations to compound sterile injectables, ophthalmic, oral liquids, topical agents, and tablets.
• Participate in audits and inspections, maintain lab cleanliness and compliance.
• Calibrate equipment, monitor inventory, dispose of chemicals properly, and document procedures.
• Perform continuous QA, prepare samples, investigate deviations, and work with the Pharmacist in Charge and QA personnel.

• Knowledge of USP 795, USP 800, cGMP 503B guidelines and related regulations.
• Understanding of medical terminology and pharmacy calculations.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently.
• Experience with sterile compounding, ideally one year; PTCB certification and State license required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
