We invest in your success from day one. Our paid, hands‑on training program (6‑8 weeks) teaches skills needed to launch a career in ophthalmology—no prior experience required. Training is at our Tarpon Springs office, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm.

• Learn the fundamentals of eye care through our structured, hands‑on training program
• Work directly with patients, guiding them through appointments
• Perform diagnostic tests and assist physicians during exams
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming environment for patients
• Use state‑of‑the‑art technology to provide top‑quality care
