Base pay: $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Student loan forgiveness up to $24,000.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• Active BCBA certification, required
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
