Full‑time, Entry level

• Hourly rate: $42.00–$57.00 + tips
• Average total annual compensation (30 service hours/week): $65,000–$88,000
• Includes base salary, commission, and tips
• Tips average 18–25% of the non‑member price; base rate $20–$25 per 50‑minute Swedish massage
• Uncapped commission structure: $5–$9 per 50‑minute massage

• Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
• Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
• Follow the “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars

• All equipment, tools, linens, and supplies provided
• Tips paid out the same day
