Patient Collections Specialist
Blackstone Medical Services – South Tampa based Healthcare company.
OverviewYou will be responsible for securing payments from insurance companies and patients.
Responsibilities- Receive and post payments to patient accounts daily.
- Calling patients to collect balances due.
- Working with accounts receivable to get any unpaid balances paid up.
- Strong history of collections.
- Strong phone skills.
- Solid work history.
- Organized.
- Reliable.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to handle a high volume of work.
- Previous knowledge of insurance verification, authorization, claim filing, and appealing claims.
