Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Full‑time licensed clinical social workers will work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting, providing psychotherapy and support as part of the integrated care team.

• A dedicated patient base and a consistent referral flow, eliminating the need to worry about referral volume.
• Be part of the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team along with nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists.
• A balanced work‑life schedule with flexible hours. No nights, weekends, or off‑hours are required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1 million/$3 million, provided.
• Salary of $70,000–$80,000 commensurate with relevant experience with additional room for growth.
• Uncapped bonus opportunity

• Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state of Florida
• A completed masters in social work
• Experience working in the SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) environment
