Job Summary:
The position involves delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to youth in CHN’s residential and community programs, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessment services, case consultation, and quality documentation of services.
Essential Functions:
- Provide direct ABA therapy and staff training using trauma-informed practices.
- Conduct various assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage client files.
- Engage with caregivers and child welfare professionals to enhance service delivery.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and assist in program operations.
Qualifications:
A master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA certification, and experience with at-risk youth preferred. Must possess a valid Florida drivers license and meet annual training requirements.
