• Correcting insurance information on rejected claims and resubmitting for processing.

• Familiarity with and ability to use various electronic claims software.
• Experience in departmental collections including follow‑up on outstanding accounts.
• Proficiency in following up on all outstanding accounts via telephone or portal.
• Willingness to help others.
