• Review patient charts to extract relevant data for CORE MEASURE reporting.
• Submit and present reports for meetings within required time frames.
• Facilitate organizational compliance with required data reporting through thorough chart reviews and data extraction.
• Promote improved outcomes of care through detailed data analysis and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with co‑workers, physicians, and colleagues in other departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
