The Neurodiagnostic Technologist is responsible for the performance of all neurodiagnostic procedures in accordance with technical standards set forth by the American Society of Neurodiagnostic Technologies (ASET) and the American Electroencephalography Society (AEEGS). The Neurodiagnostic Technologist II is required to maintain and improve his/her level of clinical and technical knowledge across all disciplines of the diagnostic neurosciences.

Required Certification & Licensure: BLS, EEG, REEGT or REPT or CLTM (Certification for Long Term Monitoring).

Education Required:

• HS Graduate or Equivalent GED - Required
• Technical Program Completion or Degree - Preferred
• Associates Degree - Preferred

Education specialization:

• Neurodiagnostic

Education equivalent experience:

• Required - High School or Equivalent
• Preferred - Technical - Neurodiagnostic
• Preferred - Associates - Related Field

Credentials

Required:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• REEGT (EEG) Or - REPT (Neurology) preferred

Experience:
