• Minimum one (1) year of documented health care/home health experience
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Florida or Home Health Aide (HHA) credentials
• This position is subject to background screening requirements in accordance with Florida law. Applicants are required to complete a background check through the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA),  prior to employment as mandated by section 435.12, Florida Statutes
• Valid Driver's License/ Social Security Card
• Updated CPR Card
• Must have reliable transportation
