Title:

Healthcare Patient Customer Service Representative

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (no weekends)

Experience:

Minimum of one year

Travel required:

None

Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer patient calls regarding EOB and research balances.
  • Manage patient refunds.
  • Process patient payments.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections required.
  • Current knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid and Medicare.
  • Thorough understanding of EOBs, and the ability to effectively communicate by phone and in writing with patients.
  • Consistently demonstrate extensive attention to detail, organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to clients, guests, and patients.
  • Self-motivated, multitasking and a team player.
