This role requires associates to be in-office 1 – 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while allowing flexible virtual work. Associates must be within a reasonable commuting distance of an Elevance Health office unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Follow established guidelines and contact groups to collect past‑due insurance premiums or health insurance claims.
• Research the validity of past‑due or disputed debt.
• Generate demand letters.
• Prepare reports reflecting the status of credit and collection activities for management review.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of commercial debt collection experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
