Are you looking for a role where you can positively impact the lives of children and their families? Want to grow professionally while working in a supportive environment? As a BCBA at BASS ABA, you will practice independently, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensure effective delivery of ABA programming both within our centers and in the community.

• Directly implement ABA programming to children aged 18 months to 12 years
• Conduct assessments specific to each client's needs
• Develop ABA programming tailored to clients' goals
• Practice excellent time management of service deliverables
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians
• Provide training to caregivers
• Offer in‑home or community‑based “wrap around services” to center‑based clients as needed
• Provide Parent/Guardian collaboration to support the treatment plan

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree
• Experience working with children of varying abilities
• Experience in developing and implementing verbal behavior programming
• Ability to communicate with audiences of varied ABA understanding
• Experience managing and supervising others
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
