As a BCBA at BASS ABA, you will practice independently, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensure effective delivery of ABA programming both within our centers and in the community.
Board Certified Behavior AnalystDuties & Responsibilities
- Directly implement ABA programming to children aged 18 months to 12 years
- Conduct assessments specific to each client's needs
- Develop ABA programming tailored to clients' goals
- Practice excellent time management of service deliverables
- Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians
- Provide training to caregivers
- Offer in‑home or community‑based “wrap around services” to center‑based clients as needed
- Provide Parent/Guardian collaboration to support the treatment plan
- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree
- Experience working with children of varying abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing verbal behavior programming
- Ability to communicate with audiences of varied ABA understanding
- Experience managing and supervising others
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions
