OverviewA fast-growing medical device company is expanding its U.S. commercial team and seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive adoption of a minimally invasive, outpatient oncology procedure. This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives in complex clinical selling, physician behavior change, and program development.
The technology represents a paradigm shift away from traditional surgery in carefully selected patient populations, with a strong strategic emphasis in women’s health and interventional oncology.
What You’ll Do- Own and grow a defined U.S. territory through new account acquisition and program development
- Drive procedure adoption across targeted physician specialties and care settings
- Build referral networks and influence physician behavior change
- Lead site activation efforts, including early case support and workflow integration
- Navigate long sales cycles (6–12 months) involving both capital and disposable components
- Partner cross-functionally with clinical, reimbursement, and leadership teams
- Effectively communicate clinical, economic, and quality-of-life value propositions to stakeholders
- Proven hunter with success selling new or paradigm-shifting medical procedures
- Experience selling into surgical or procedural environments
- Ability to manage complex sales involving multiple stakeholders

- Urology or other image-guided procedural specialties
- Program building or site-of-care activation experience
- Familiarity with reimbursement dynamics, including early or evolving coverage pathways
- Experience influencing referral patterns and driving procedure volume growth
- Core emphasis in breast disease
- Additional exposure to interventional oncology applications (e.g., kidney, liver, lung, bone, select palliative pathways)
- Primary call points include physicians performing ultrasound- or image-guided procedures
- Care settings include comprehensive centers, academic institutions, and select outpatient environments
