Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality individual therapy to clients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support client care.
- Deliver services through both in-person and telehealth appointments.
- Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred.
- Comfortable providing both virtual and in-person therapy.

Turnwell Mental Health of Tampa Bay is led by experienced psychiatrists Dr. Nate Upshaw and Dr. Derek Robben. Dr. Upshaw brings nearly 20 years of experience across VA, academic, and private practice settings, with expertise in TMS, ECT, and Spravato. Dr. Robben is an Air Force veteran and experienced addiction medicine physician who offers advanced treatment options, including TMS, IV ketamine, and Spravato.
