Assignments are available throughout Tampa and Temple Terrace and surrounding communities in specialties including Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Spine, Ophthalmology, and General Surgery. Choose from flexible per diem shifts or contract assignments ranging from 4 to 13 weeks, with compensation based on the assignment selected.

Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures
Maintain sterile technique and comply with infection prevention standards
Assist surgeons by anticipating needs and passing instruments during procedures
Perform instrument and sponge counts according to facility policy
Support patient positioning and operating room preparation
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and surgical teams
Inspect and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care throughout every procedure
What We're Looking For- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 1 year of recent operating room experience
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in one or more surgical specialties preferred
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and patient safety
- Must be at least 18 years of age
