Job Description Join TELOS Health Systems as a Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant (Sign-On Bonus $ 3,000) in Tampa, FL. TELOS supports healthcare partners across multiple markets with a strong focus on patient care, clinician support, and staffing excellence.
** Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – (Full-Time)**
* ** PTA hourly rate: $32-40/hour
**** Monthly travel stipend of $250/mo for part-time and full-time

** Position Summary
** We are hiring licensed
** Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)
** in Florida to deliver hands-on therapeutic support under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Whether you’re seeking consistent hours or flexible scheduling, we offer opportunities tailored to your needs.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a Physical Therapist
* Monitor and document resident progress and response to treatment
* Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe movement techniques
* Communicate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
* Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with Florida state and federal guidelines
** Qualifications
* ** Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
* Current
** Florida PTA license** (required)
* ** Senior living or similar experience preferred
*** Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
* CPR certification (as required by facility or state guidelines)
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused mindset
