About the RoleThe Marquee Moments Activity Director assists in delivering engaging activity programs that enrich residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and implementing daily and special activity programs.
- Encourage resident participation in group and individual events.
- Coordinate volunteer efforts and help prepare event materials.
- Accompany residents on outings as needed.
- Promote a positive, engaging atmosphere for all participants.
- High School Diploma required; degree in Recreation, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with seniors or in activity coordination.
- Valid driver's license and clean record.
- Strong communication and creativity skills.
Ability to lead group activities and move throughout the community as needed.
