Glory to Glory Support Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Person Support professional to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities:- Provide direct, person-centered support to individuals in daily living activities
- Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and daily routines as needed
- Encourage independence and skill-building in everyday tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each individual served
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members
- Transport and accompany clients to appointments, activities, and community outings
- Respond appropriately to behavioral or medical situations following established protocols
- Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with individuals needing support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background screening and meet state compliance requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED required
