Front Desk Agent

The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth, positive guest experience. This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Manage room reservations and modifications
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk area
• Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines

• Prior hotel or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency with OPERA PMS systems (training available)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Experience in hospitality or front-office operations
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Cash-handling accuracy and attention to detail
