Puff ‘n Stuff is seeking a Lead Event Chef in Tampa, FL to lead our back-of-house teams at off-site catering events and to ensure service excellence. You will manage, mentor, and motivate culinary staff on your event and work closely with the Event Supervisor to keep the operation on schedule.
