Front Desk Concierge

Pause Studio is a luxury wellness and recovery studio designed to help our guests feel their best. We are looking for a warm, polished, and highly reliable Front Desk Concierge to join our team and create an exceptional experience from the moment guests walk through our doors.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, wellness, and connecting with people. Our Concierge team is the face of Pause and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, elevated, and seamless experience for every guest and member.

Pause Studio is a luxury wellness and recovery studio designed to help our guests feel their best. We are looking for a warm, polished, and highly reliable Front Desk Concierge to join our team and create an exceptional experience from the moment guests walk through our doors.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, wellness, and connecting with people. Our Concierge team is the face of Pause and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, elevated, and seamless experience for every guest and member.

• Welcome every guest and member with a warm, professional, and genuine approach
• Create a luxury hospitality experience from check-in through check-out
• Provide studio tours and confidently explain our services, memberships, packages, and offerings
• Assist guests with scheduling, check-ins, questions, and service recommendations
• Build genuine relationships with members and encourage repeat visits
• Support membership and package sales by understanding each guest’s wellness goals
• Follow up with guests and members to encourage rebooking and continued engagement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated studio environment at all times
• Prepare treatment rooms and complete room flips between appointments
• Ensure rooms and common areas meet Pause’s high cleanliness standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Follow all studio policies, procedures, and service standards
• Work collaboratively with the entire team to create a seamless guest experience
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout each shift
• Protect guest privacy and provide exceptional attention to detail

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, fitness, spa, beauty, retail, or a customer-facing environment preferred
• Naturally warm, friendly, and personable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished, and confident presence
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable discussing and selling memberships, packages, and services
• Ability to learn and confidently speak about Pause’s wellness services
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Comfortable taking initiative and staying productive during slower periods
  
  Must be comfortable with cleaning, room preparation, and maintaining studio standards
• Must have weekend availability
• Must have holiday availability
• Must be available for a flexible schedule based on studio needs
