An Intermediate Level Cook has In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. Capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner. On a daily basis must monitor food production, quality and consistency. Intermediate Level Cooks must be able to work in all areas of the kitchen and operate fast-paced working environment.

Qualifications- Good Communication skills required.
- At least 2 years of previous line and or hotel banquet culinary operation experience preferred.
- Previous experience in banquet preparation operation preferred.
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
- Able to work most stations of the kitchen.
