Senior Recruitment Consultant

V3 Recruitment are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to work from our Tampa office!

• Postion;
  Senior Recruiter - Construction White and Blue Colar
• Salary; $60, pa dependant on experience plus Commissions, Car Allowance and Medical
• Location;
  Downtown Tampa

We are currently looking for new experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team, recruiters who have a proven track record in running a Recruitment Division and building a service team around them for a well-established existing Division.

You would work alongside our MD and Divisional Director, and deliver what we know is a very different approach to recruitment. So here is a little bit about the background and experience we are looking for;

• You have been or are in a senior Recruitment position.
• You have been fully responsible for the profit of a recruitment business unit/division.
• You have built support teams within the full Recruitment process.
• You are responsible for setting yearly forecasts and budgets for this division/s.
• You are responsible for the Business Development, Sales Pipeline and Account Management.
• You would have been instrumental in delivering the training and mentoring for the support team and been responsible or heavily involved in recruiting them.
• You would have been responsible for securing Preferred Supplier status and Service Level Agreements with clients.
