As our Tampa office continues to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing Senior Recruiter with proven 360 agency experience who wants full ownership of their desk, real autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.

• Own, build, and scale a high-demand U.S. construction desk.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
  : business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placement.
• Develop long-term relationships with senior-level construction professionals and decision-makers.
• Drive revenue through new business generation, negotiation, and deal closure
  .
• Strategically grow your market presence while collaborating with a motivated, high-performance team.

• Proven 360 agency recruitment experience
  , ideally within construction, engineering, or a related sector.
• Strong business development capability with a commercial, results-driven mindset.
• Confident making outbound calls and opening new client relationships.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and energized by targets and commission.
• Comfortable taking full ownership of a desk and being accountable for performance.
