Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Entry‑Level IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or early‑career professionals who are eager to learn, willing to work hard, and excited to build a career in talent acquisition and the technology industry.
In this role, you will learn the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing candidates to supporting client needs and helping place top IT talent. We provide full training, mentorship, and all the tools needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and qualify entry‑level to mid‑level IT candidates for various technical roles.
- Learn and apply recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and market insights.
- Conduct phone screens, assess candidate skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of IT professionals using Linked In, job boards, internal databases, and networking.
- Partner with senior recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process.
- Track activity and maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, HR, Psychology, IT, or related fields preferred, but all majors welcome).
- Strong interest in recruiting, HR, or the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
- Positive attitude, team player, and self‑motivated mindset.
- Full training and ongoing mentorship in technical recruiting.
