Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process
- Establish partnerships with universities and attend career fairs
- Conduct interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills
- Experience in event coordination and planning
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition is highly preferred
