Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records, documentation, and internal files
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and basic HR operations
• Ensure company compliance and maintain required documentation
• Assist with contracts, internal policies, and operational records
• Support management with routine operational and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in HR operations, office operations, or compliance support
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes and workplace compliance
• Comfortable working with documentation and internal systems
