CBASE Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily HR and office operations. This entry‑level, hands‑on role is ideal for someone starting a career in HR or operations and looking to gain practical experience in a structured, supportive environment.

You will assist with administrative HR tasks, documentation, and basic operational activities to help maintain organized and compliant internal processes.

• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities (paperwork, checklists, coordination)
• Help track attendance and provide basic payroll inputs
• Assist with compliance‑related documentation and internal files
• Support preparation and updates of internal policies and operational records
• Provide general administrative and operational support to management

• Entry‑level experience or coursework in HR, business administration, or operations preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes or willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems
