• Be the go-to HR expert partnering with employees and facility leaders to communicate policies, procedures, and legal requirements with clarity and confidence
• Tackle employee relations head-on—handling complaints, harassment issues, and civil rights concerns with professionalism and care
• Coach and guide managers through disciplinary actions, helping them lead with fairness and compliance
• Approve FMLA and leave requests, keeping things moving smoothly for the team
• Represent HR in staff meetings and industry seminars—your voice matters here!
• Audit facility compliance with wage laws, work hours, and accruals to keep us on point
• Ensure performance reviews are completed on time and with impact
• Manage benefits administration day-to-day—from enrollments to status changes, you keep the engine running
• Drive employee recognition programs that celebrate our team’s hard work and dedication

• Minimum 3 years multi-state HR experience with a solid track record
