Under a five-year contract, the Security Cooperation (SC) Analyst will support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands. The scope includes professional services for MARCENT located aboard Mac Dill Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, serving as a Component Command to U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM). The SC Analyst will support the Plans and Policy Directorate (G-5) within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS).
Responsibilities include joint-level and service-level planning, crisis action planning, force deployment, Information Operations (IO), Special Technical Operations (STO)/Special Access Programs (SAP), command strategy and policy, doctrine review, operational assessments, and requirements development.
- Provide Security Cooperation (SC) analysis services
- Support SC planning through management of information systems and databases
- Organize, collate, and construct trip book materials for MARCENT travel
- Manage and coordinate SC Lessons Learned Program and produce related reports and products
- Construct country budget projections utilizing fiscal data
- Serve as liaison between CENTCOM TSC and MARCENT SC
- Generate Concept & Funding Requests (CFR), Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) requests, and manage SC system entries
- Provide administrative support and manage regional SC activities
- Must possess a Secret security clearance
- Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas
