• Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas.
• Must be able to meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements available under the OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01 and Air Force Manual 17-1301.
• Must be able to complete an in-scope (per current DoD 6-year reinvestigation requirement), favorable, ST5 investigation (to include SBPR, PPR, T5R, or current enrollment in the DoD Continuous Evaluation (CE) / Continuous Vetting (CV) program), adjudicated for SCI eligibility by the DoD Central Adjudication Facility (DoD CAF) without conditions, exceptions, or waivers at the time of performance and must maintain the level of security required for the life of the contract.
• Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Writing, or related field preferred.

• Mastery of English language level.
• Minimum of two years writing for the U.S Department of Defense and familiarity with naval letter format.
• Thorough understanding of issues in the CENTCOM AOR and knowledge of military operations.
• Access to TS SCI-level information.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ten years' military experience.
• Writing sample required.

Support the US Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands under a five-year contract, providing professional services at Mac Dill AFB, Florida, supporting command-wide mission execution.

• Develop Operational Update Products through expert analysis of documents.
• Assist in generating studies, plans, briefs, policies, and strategies.
• Provide written and oral deliverables at a mastery English language level.
• Coordinate with staff sections and support staff training and indoctrination.

• Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas.
• Meet certification requirements under OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD 8523.01, and Air Force Manual 17-1301.
• Complete an in-scope, favorable ST5 investigation for SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Writing, or related field preferred.

• Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance.

• MARCENT, Mac Dill AFB, Tampa, Florida.
• Travel to various countries supporting CENTCOM AOR, with the ability to support travel on short notice.
