Qualifications
- 4+ years of Professional Experience as a MSSQL Developer or Database Developer.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Strong expertise in query optimization, performance tuning, and database indexing.
- Knowledge or experience in Duck Creek Data Insights/Clarity.
- Experience with ETL Processes (SSIS) and data integration techniques.
- Experience with Power BI or SSRS.
- Familiarity with database design principles and normalization techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with one or more relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Postgre
SQL, MySQL) is a plus. - Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior developers is a plus.
