AI & Machine Learning Engineering Consultant – Manager – Consulting

• Lead workstream delivery and manage client engagements from planning to closure.
• Research, build, and implement scalable AI/ML systems tailored to business requirements across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Enhance data pipelines, ensure data quality, and optimize storage for XOps processes.
• Monitor learning processes, evaluate performance, and continuously improve high‑performance models.
• Collaborate with data and analytics professionals to industrialize analysis into effective analytics solutions.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• 6–10 years of full‑time experience in AI, Data Science and/or Machine Learning.
• 2–4 years of experience managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python and experience designing, building and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency with generative AI models (OpenAI, Lang Chain, RAG) and ML frameworks (scikit‑learn, PyTorch).
• Experience with MLOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel for client engagements.
• Digital fluency, commercial acumen, and strong relationship‑building skills.

• Base salary range (US): $125,500 – $230,200.
• Additional compensation and benefits based on performance and geographic location.
